The lecture series from Rushen Heritage Trust has been incredibly popular, especially when the content takes on a local spin.
What would have been the final event in the series, a presentation about artist William Hoggatt, was initially cancelled but we’re happy to say this has now been replaced with a fascinating evening by local historian Peter Kelly.
“Kelly’s Eye In Pictures” includes the pictures Peter put together for the Isle of Man Examiner Millennium Supplement in 1999, with images taken from photographs, magic lantern slides and glass plate negatives held in the Manx National Heritage collection, all presented in Peter’s inimitable and relaxed style.
Monday 3rd April – 7.30pm at Erin Arts Centre
